Prime Minister Rosetta set you up yesterday: Kosovo doesn't sell salt

The Kosovo government yesterday made a decision to temporarily ban the export of certain food products. Among them are wheat, corn, flour, food oil, kitchen salt, and sugar, with the aim of storing food supplies. But it turns out there is a failure with salt because Kosovo doesn't produce something like that... Prime Minister Albin Kurti declared [...]
Prime Minister Albin Kurti said the purpose of this decision is to ensure enough citizens' supply, at this time of crisis.
“Invasion and Russian military aggression in Ukraine has influenced the chain of food supply to Europe, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Trade with relevant institutions and fairies in the market has forwarded the price of products to the country and the evidence of goods exports. Today MINT has brought about the decision that prohibits export and re-export of certain agro-food products”, Kurti said.

Minister Roseta Hajdari missed a product when she sent the list to the prime minister. Kosovo does not produce kitchen salt. Periscope has found that “Euroini” is the only factory in Kosovo for salt processing. And this company said they only do business in the domestic market.
“We don't expert salt, we only do the processing for domestic markets, and we are the only factory in Kosovo of this type”, said the representative of this company for Periscope.
Periscop has seen the import and expert report for the first three months of this year and for fiscal year 2021. The export report for the first three months of this January-March doesn't figure a code that is most expert on salt suitable for human consumption, as the prime minister has said in his decision to ensure Kosovars not to remain without this product.
In the report, there are only these coders of salt expert, in a very small amount that is experienced in Albania and Serbia: “Scrivers and cytric acid esterium - Serbia”, “Karboksimiscalulosis and its”, “glutam acid and its salts”. So, as seen in the report, there is no code “appropriate criteria for human consumption”, as was the purpose of the government's ban.
While there is no such code in the expert's report, referring to this year's first quarter import report, it appears that there is a code called cercitically: “The right maps for human consumption”. According to this report, Kosovo imports kitchen salt from Pakistan, Italy, Austria, North Macedonia, etc. And for three months a large amount of salt has been purchased. / P ERISCOPI/
