Two persons' detention allegedly sexually abused a 13-year-old

Ferizaj, April 2, 2022 The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of detention measures against defendants R.P. and B.P. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to the suspicion they have all committed except for the criminal act of sexual assault by Article 229 paragraphs 6 concerning paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code (KPRK).
