Osmani has distributed several photos of this ceremony on the social facebook network, where he also wrote that Kosovo is forever grateful for the extraordinary contribution of Secretary Albright to end the Serbian genocide in Kosovo, as well as its continued support for free, independent, developed and well-deserved Kosovo in the international arena.
Today, in Washington D.C., we bid our last farewell to Kosovo's great friend, the Guardian of freedom of democracy and the powerful voice of our people, Madeleine Albright.
Secretary Albright recognized the pain of our people, and we will continue to try to advance and protect democracy! Our friendship with America is eternal, as will be the memory of Secretary Albright”, Osman wrote.
Likewise, President Osmani and Prime Minister Kurti have met State Secretary Antony Blinken in Washington DC.
