We all have clear ways to do it or not. If done, it is in accordance with the 2013 agreement. The agreement is quite general because the agreement says the principles must be defined. We in the 2015 agreement have been working on principles, not on foundation deals, because the foundation agreement was 2013”, Mustafa said in Tv1.
According to him, the agreement on the principles of 2015 has been like an intermediate document between the foundation agreement (2013) and the statute of Association.
Furthermore, Mustafa said it was important for Serbia to accept the authority of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo in 2015.
The Constitutional Court becomes the arbitrator of Association and the subsequent changes that would be made by the Assembly of Association would be submitted to the Constitutional Court's assessment. And Serbia has signed this. Others have been second to me, because the important thing has been for Serbia to accept the authority of the Constitutional Court for Association, which means it cannot be founded outside what the Constitutional Court says and our Constitution and that it be done under the laws of Kosovo, and that we have reached”, Mustafa added.
