He said Pristina, Prizren, Peja and Mitrovica are municipalities where there are mostly minors who abuse narcotics.
I can generally say that our narcotics approach is disturbing at the level of the country, given the large number of population in large centres. Mostly, I can check after Pristina, since it's top centre, and some of the centers, as it is: Prizren, Peja or Mitrovica. These are probably some of the centers that are more frequented by people who abuse narcotics”, he said.
Lieutenant Koca added that according to statistics, there are cases when minors have consumed narcotics substances even in school objects.
From 2018 we have a total of 81 cases that happened. A number of them within school objects, some in courtyards or school areas, even occasions that have occurred outside the school perimeter. So.
