A security worker or a salesman in a shopping mall pays 180,200 euros a month. They will help the same as managers who receive 1,000 or 1200 euros. All 100 euros.
An American University student who manages to pay 6,000 euros a year cannot be treated the same with a student from Pristina University who barely pays the menzen dorm. The first one spends 100 euros a night, the other pays the dorm for one month.
