Lieburn Aliu annuls Rama Progress's decision to set location for stray dogs

The MMPH decision says that this decision is not based on the Law on Spatial Planning.

The MMPH has called on the Pristina municipality for the decision to be based on documents of spatial planning envisioned by the law.

The “Communa must harmonise the decision with the legal provisions in force within 30 days” is said, among other things, in the mMPH's argument, following the annulment it made to the Pristina municipality's decision.

Rama had shared a parcel of Pristina municipality's decision in which to house wandering dogs, initials which she has seen as the solution to this problem in the capital.
