The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has handed over criminal speculation to the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina over recent employment at the Kosovo Energy Corporation,
LDK Headship member Rock Manaj said the ruling party has managed to employ more than 100 people in KEK, who, according to him, are relatives of ruling party members Vetevendosje Movement.
“we are informing you that the LDK has filed a criminal outcry about the abuses that were made in the Kosovo Energy Corporation competition. This criminal charge is a call for justice for over 4 thousand and 600 candidates who have violated their right from the labour relationship. The LDK has expressed concern that the ruling party is apprehending independent institutions, and this is already seen as a reality”, Manaj said.
The ruling party is not stopping, so we have decided beyond the political battle to decide in legal battle.
This criminal complaint today against leaders and commission members of this public but also KEK management is called for justice, calls for prevention of abuses, and calls for halting nepotism and party appointments of VV militants to public enterprises and independent institutions.
