As family of Commander Ilaz Kodra, April 30th is a day of commemoration and pride. Such was true today. On behalf of the family, I thank all relatives and friends who stood by us and shared with us pain and memories about him.
To present honors, I also thank Prime Minister Kurti. However, I feel it's my obligation to say it publicly, that the new Kosovo Post management, selected by the Kurti Government, as the continuation of political deregulations in this institution, two months ago, has dismissed Ilazi's wife, Khameten. She is now seeking her rights on the legal road.
But besides the constant pain of losing the most loved one, the injustice of Prime Minister Kurti's power is also a burden today.
I felt obliged to say this, since I am the only member of the family of Commander Ilaz Kodra, who is an active part of politics.
The Kodra family from Precasian has always been persecuted, always persecuted, always discriminated against, but never delivered up!
Kimet, today he is a citizen of this country and a mother who has raised her daughters and Ilazi with unhindered work and devotion.
