Gashi has published a photograph of his wounded hand, expressing anger over choosing the problem of wandering dogs.
“I fell and was crippled to flee from wanderers at the '%smail-mail school in Pristina. that you don't know how to secure electricity and water 24/7, but you don't even know how to solve a simple problem like this one with stray dogs”, Gashi wrote.
