Three rockets hit military infrastructure facilities, he said, while one hit a replacement target of the car's tires.
The city has not seen a large amount of fighting during Russia's invasion, though there has been a series of air strikes, including one that hit a fuel storage facility several weeks ago.
Lviv is about 70 km from the Poland border.
