KEK is seen tomorrow in court with companies he today declared the winner

Periscop has found the owner of the company “U n NIVERS-M”, Tefik Hargaja is being tried for fraud in a case involving KEK in 2018.
It's about the confirmed indictment that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor did it, four years ago against KEK officials Zecir Gashi, Qazim Recica and Rexhep Gashi, who allegedly took advantage of the official position, accepting from economic operator “Universe-M” Four reduces 15 WHO is from the 33rd position of the same contract, a commodity other than the one wanted in demand and written on paper and bills.

The company's owner, Tefik Hargaja, is accused of cheating KEK as contracting authority, handing over four reductions of position 15 to 33 at the price of 2 thousand and 600 euros per piece, while he had billed them as in the application of the Accounting Authority- KEK, with 16 thousand euros' worth of paper per piece as it was in the contract's No.11 position, causing damage to KEK's budget worth 53 thousand euros.
With this, the defendant Hargaja is charged with committing the criminal act “fraud” under Article 335, paragraph 5 of the Penal Code, which is fined and sentenced to imprisonment of three to ten years.
The trial against these persons has not yet ended, and all for the last time have been at the Constitutional Court in Pristina about two months ago. In fact, at the latest hearing, the court had issued a warrant for conduct of one of the accused after failing to submit to the hearing.
As Periscope has found, the next session in this case will be held on April 12th.
Although, company owner “U n NIVERS-M” is going through hearings under fraud charges, this company has won three contracts from KEK in a total of 159 thousand euros in the past year alone.
