KEK through a Facebook post, as if they were an NGO, says worry about those whose rights have been violated.

This “KEK encourages any applicant, who considers that guaranteed rights with legal provisions have been violated, to file complaints within the legal deadline on the complaint commission”, the KEK's response reported.

Here is the full reaction:

KEK: Explaining the Competition
The Kosovo Energy Corporation announces the opinion that after the completion of the recruiting procedures, according to the public declaration for meeting 150 free positions, where 4668 candidates had applied, results have been published for 128 positions. While 17 positions still unfulfilled continue the recruiting procedure, as well as five positions for which we have not had successful candidates, they will be resurfaced to a near future.
Despite the fact that KEK has made efforts to respect the public declaration criteria, as well as the legal provisions of the Labour Law in force and legal obligations stemmed from the provisions of the sublegal acts on the issue of recruiting workers, KEC is seriously conveying all public claims about eventual violations during the recruiting process. In this regard, KEK assures you that all complaints will be considered with the utmost care, reviewing the process, correcting the recorded errors as well as the judicial measures of the law will be taken wherever there will be violations in the process.
In this regard, The KEK encourages any applicants, who consider that guaranteed rights with legal provisions have been violated, to file complaints within the legal deadline on the complaint commission.
With respect,
Department for Relations
With the public and the Communists
ENCIENT HOURAGES COSOVA
