After voting only for parliamentary elections in the village of Trnoc of the Bujanoc municipality, Kamberi said the political struggle for Albanian rights in the valley should continue.
“We need to have a commitment today to maintain the level of representation, the minimum would be three MPs. Another thing that's important is the continuation of the political struggle for Albanian rights in the Presevo Valley, which is being denied by all governments in a row. I don't believe there will be a democratic government, unless the geopolitical circumstances that are being created affect a process of accelerating EU integration, Serbia meets EU standards”, he said.
He also pointed out why he did not vote for presidential elections.
“Unfortunately no, none of the candidates running for presidents has had an offer for minorities, and especially not for Albanians”, he added.
Meanwhile, he also commented on the large number of Serbs coming from Kosovo to vote in Bujanoc.
Serbia is oriented, especially from Anamorava to vote in Bujanoc. It is not the most fortunate decision to vote in Bujanoc”, he said.
Albanian parties in the Presevo Valley are competing with two electoral lists, with a total of 20 candidates for MPs.
