Hasan, describes the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council as a criminal and ordiner group.
For this group of people, in 2015, I've been telling the things that are now telling foreign embassies, because it's in question of a group that's supposed to protect the law, but, in fact, it's against the law and it's acting contrary to any constitutional, legal and ethical standards. It's exactly this group that I've consistently described as a criminal group. Their activity has been called to transparency and to public they have supposedly made a transparent presentation of candidate selection, while that presentation is clearly evident that even domestic rules, which themselves have voted, do not respect them. This is about violating any legal rating”, Hasani said.
He considers there were numerous violations in the selection of Blerim Isufaj.
“The skeletons are different, we've first seen the way they refer to the one who gave him the vote by 98 percent, which is absurd and the internal regulation” is violated, Hasani said.
