This power has given more than 100m euros and increased the electricity bill to 100%, which citizens are continuing to pay. This is an expensive injustice and the unaffordable price for citizens” has said further to Gashi.
He has accused the Government of violating the Constitution, while saying this commission would be formed.
This is his complete writing:
From the day we sought the establishment of the Parliamentary Energy Investigative Commission until today, the facts we have the right are increasing daily. Reasonableness is growing, and obedience is strengthening. Although the political, constitutional and legal right of the opposition by power is being challenged, it will not be defeated at all. The investigative commission will take place. This obstruction of power can bring delay, but it's already at fault, because it's not <x0 minusjetim”, power is guilty. Escape from the investigation is the answer.
With the establishment of the commission, the truth is learned, allegations of abuse or corruption, disability or mismanagement are lifted or confirmed. But one thing is inevitable: The blame that makes power guilty in any case. This power has given him more than 100m euros and increased the electricity bill for 100%, which citizens are continuing to pay. This is a costly injustice and a price beyond the reach of citizens.
Moreover, with the establishment of the commission, the Constitution and democracy are respected, because one of the three pillars of parliament's operation is fulfilled: Oversight.
Although you have testified that the Constitution violates and democracy does not respect it, we will not stop until the parliamentary investigative commission is established.
