The report of Freedom House for the level of democracy for Countries in Transition, published on Wednesday, has listed Kosovo in the group of transitional democracy regimes.
At one of the points published in this report -- most precisely in the functioning of governance -- is indicated by Serbia's Freedom House in northern Mitrovica and unable to influence Kosovo institutions there.
Serbia still maintains the influence in northern Kosovo, where Kosovo institutions have no strong presence. Russian, Chinese and Turkish governments have also exerted influence on government processes in Kosovo in recent years” becomes known in this report.
