I'm here, at a challenging time, at a defining moment for Europe, especially for the Western Balkans. The unjustified and brutal struggle in Russia has shown us how important and urgent it is to work to ensure that Kosovo and its neighbours continue reforms necessary for democratic consolidation and their integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions”, she said.
” Although won with much effort, Kosovo's peace and progress should not be taken for granted. We all have to work every day to ensure the need of our citizens. This means advancing efforts to ensure that Kosovo takes the right place in its European and Euro-Atlantic institutions, including through the agreement on normalising relations with Serbia that focuses on mutual recognition”.
