Dick Marty, the man who accused Kosovo Liberation Army leaders of dealing with human organs, threatened murder and realized that a state was preparing his murder.
But it was not Kosovo, whose leaders he accused. It was Serbia.
Serbian intelligence services had paid assassins to liquidate the former Swiss prosecutor, who also served as a member of the Council of Europe.
On show “RTS 11x3>, Marty says he was surprised that it was not Albanians who planned his murder, since they were supposed to have a reason, but it was in fact Serbs who loved his death.
The amazing “that did not come from those I accused of, but came from their opponents”, Marty said.
But surprise had fired them when he understood the Serbian intelligence plan.
They wanted to kill him, but to create the impression that the Albanians committed the murder and the murder would be linked to the time when Hashim Thaci, the man who had once slandered Marty, had been arrested and sent to The Hague, broadcast FM Images.
For this reason, he had to remain guarded by the heavily armed police.
Since December 2020, Dick Marty was placed under very high police protection. He would be threatened with death by radical elements of Serbian intelligence services. However, Switzerland has not taken any diplomatic action towards Belgrade.
On December 18, 2020, I received a call from police informing me that I was threatened with death and immediately put me in high police protection”.
The police had even told him that he is at risk of the fifth degree, the highest level of danger, so he was offered a change in identity and address.
There's a five-scaling machine that means you're gone, but I couldn't do this”, says Marty, “So we've been at scale four so far”
Marty and his wife had accepted the police into their home, who were heavily armed, to the carrying of grenades and who had stayed there for four and a half months.
He had to limit contact to maximum.
At the end of 2020, he sent me an encrypted message asking me to stop contacting him”, confirms Franco Cavally, former Socialist national adviser who is also Marty's friend.
It's shocking to think that such a thing can happen in Switzerland”.
Today, police are no longer on duty inside his home, “but safeguard clauses are still as important”.
The house is full of cameras and equipped with alarms and a security room where Dick Marty should be sheltered in case of attack. nearby is the police in civilian clothes”.
During his rare voyages, Dick Marty wears an bulletproof vest, his car is armoured and accompanied by two police vehicles in civilian clothes.
As Marty points out, he accuses the Serbian state itself, the <x0 threat comes from certain circles of Serbian intelligence services, who urged the crime world, professional killers, to liquidate me simply to blame Kosovars. As for the killers, they would be part of the underworld. There are veterans who specialize in murder by orders, by orders and by orders, and so it doesn't take a lot of money to kill someone”
Swiss authorities had the same data.
“Dick Marty must be killed at the order of Serbian secret services. Dick Marty's assassination reportedly was entrusted to several Serbian men who have long carried out such missions for the Serbian secret service and who are trained as absolute professionals who would carry out the assassination without leaving any trace.
“Arman would bring a Serb to Switzerland during December 2020”.
Marty has protection currently, but it says it does not go on and has asked the Swiss authorities not only to protect her but to take steps in eliminating the risk.
A state's “task is not only the protection system from the threat, but also its neutralisation”, Martin says during the interview.
I've made my life, I'm not worried about myself, but about the people I have next to, for my family”
After a letter to authorities they have sent police officers to Belgrade at the end of April to talk with their Serbian colleagues”, but for Marty this is insufficient.
“This means that the Federal Prosecutor will not travel to Serbia and that he will not apply for legal assistance and that the official Bernie will give up diplomatic actions. All of this despite the existence of concrete indicators for a planned murder of a former Council of Europe reporter and Swiss senator from a foreign country's intelligent services”.
The French newspaper “Miss au Point” has asked Swiss authorities what is the reason for the lack of a harsher response in relation to authorities in Serbia.
As the institutions have responded to the newspaper, namely the Community Public Ministry, it is said that “in addition to the criminal aspect, this case included political components due to the extranational context”.
Franzo Cavalli himself, who visits Marty in the presence of Swiss television, requires a concrete commitment from Berna.
