Such a decision has been made by Judge Zajrete Muhharrier on December 3rd of last year, after the two indictees have pleaded guilty.
Under the trial provided by the “Justice Vow”, the accused A.M. is sentenced to 250 euros in fines, while accused T.R. 150 euros fine.
They have also initially been pronounced effective imprisonment for a month each but, with their consent, this sentence has been replaced with work in general, so that each and every one will work for 60 hours.
The Constitutional Prosecutor in Ferizaj, on February 24, 2021, has filed an indictment against A.M. and T.R., with the reasoning that those in January last year in the Cachanic municipality, in co-ordination and with the aim of profiting property, enter the courtyard of the injured B.R., whose door has been open and they get five chickens and two cocks, causing damage from 100 euros.
With this, A.M. and T.R. They were accused of committing criminal work in co-ordination “The sentence”, from Article 313 paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of the Criminal Code, which is punishable by fine and imprisonment for up to three years.
