Bombings in Odessa, Kuleba: Russia's sole goal to spread terror

An assistant to the Interior Ministry, Anton Herakenko, said several rockets hit the residential blocks, and a man died when his car was set on fire.

Ukraine's Foreign Minister, Dimitro Kuleba, has posted on Twitter to condemn Russia for the alleged attack.

The only purpose of Russian missile attacks on Odessa is terror. Russia should be appointed a state sponsor of terrorism and treated accordingly. No business, no contacts, no cultural projects. We need a wall between civilisation and barbarians hitting peaceful cities with”, he wrote on Twitter.

Moscow itself has not commented yet.
