Through the pay line 0800 80 800 citizens/taxpayers can report every day 24/7, where any accuser is guaranteed full privacy in the case of reporting. So far from online lines where calls are accepted by the call center, while action activities are conducted by the Professional Standards Division, about 75% of the encryptions have resulted in fines.

Besides the other online mechanism that citizens have available is the warning box, as well as the e-mail, it has been achieved that about 56% of businesses are fined, depending on the reported case”, it says.

Finally, electronic application has been introduced https://apps.atk-x.org/regempler Which allows workers to verify themselves if they're registered by their employer. Also, the platform allows citizens to verify whether they are formalized workers and if they are found unregistered, to denounce their employer.

For all reported cases through this tool, it has been achieved that after verifications made on the field punish businesses for not recording, where the level of fines ranges up to 15% of cases denounced”, the communiqué says.

Denoncing cases on the part of citizens/taxpayers can currently be done through three mechanisms available at each point of the Kosovo Tax Administration.

The Tax Administration invites citizens to continue to be partners in fighting and preventing tax evasion, ensuring the latter that for any reported case, they will remain confidential. /Periscopi/
