Arifi has even criticised Albania's government, which according to him does not yet have any stance on the Presevo Valley.
The Presevo Valley is not existing. I've been looking for serious initiatives for years to consolidate a major project for the remaining Albanians off the border, as we've seen enough failed episodes. And when we're at the borders, if previously the “Red Apple” was in Nis, today more than ever, that epithet belongs to Presevo!”, Arifi wrote among others.
