“600m euros will go to Ukraine, to Ukrainian authorities and in part to the United Nations. While the other 400 million will go to states that are helping and welcoming refugees who are fleeing the war”, said Von der Leyen.

Meanwhile, donations in total from international governments, different businessmen and banks have caused the figure to amount to 10.1 billion euros, during the event “Stand Up Up for Ukraine”.
