In a passionate prayer, he said “I want to tell this once again to Russian mothers, especially the mothers of recruits. Don't send your children to war in a foreign country”
He urged them to “mos trust promises that they will be sent somewhere for training... or non-war conditions”, and urged them “to act immediately” if there is doubt that they are being sent to fight in Ukraine, Kankosova follows. tv
The speech comes after Russia first accepted on Wednesday the presence of recruits to the ranks of its forces in Ukraine, many of whom were not trained for battle, and announced that a number of them were taken captive.
