In a late - night video talk, he said that heavy weapons that could protect freedom in Europe are storing dust in stocks.
Zelensky complained that the Russian plane could not crash with machine guns.
“What is NATO doing? Is Russia headed? What do they expect? It's been 31 days. We demand only 1% of what NATO has, nothing more,” he added.
Slovakia's Prime Minister, Edward Heger, confirmed to the BBC that his country was willing to send its arsenal of Soviet-Russian air defence missiles to Ukraine if a replacement could be secured.
