The decision comes after the IJF announced it has suspended Putin's role as honorary president last month due to continued conflict in Ukraine.
The Judo International Federation reports that “Z. Vladimir Putin and Mr. Arkady Rotenberg has fled all positions held in the International Federation of Judo”, the latest statement said.
The IJF is one of a series of governing bodies that have removed Putin's honourary sports titles since the outbreak of war.
The Federation of Taekaondo stripped Putin of the black belt of honour they had given him in November 2013, while the International Federation of Nott (FINA) removed the FINA Order previously given to the Russian president in October 2014.
Rothenberg, meanwhile, had been a member of the IJF executive committee as a development manager since 2013.
