In the third round of talks, they say, little progress has been made in opening humanitarian corridors for sending aid and evacuation of civilians.
“We have achieved several small positive results in terms of humanitarian corridor logistics,”, Kiev's presidential adviser and Ukrainian negotiator Mikhail Podolljak wrote on Twitter after talks in Belarus.
Podoljak added that “intensive consultations on the main issue of securing a ceasefire in Ukraine have continued”.
Russia has made concrete written proposals for today's talks with Ukraine, Russian Duma Foreign Affairs Committee head Leonid Slutsky said after the third round of talks Monday.
“Russia has already made concrete written proposals, concrete, detailed proposals, which the Ukrainian side, of course, immediately took into account”, Slutsky told Rossiya-24 on Monday, Hina followed.
These topics were also discussed, and the Russian side said the “position is not a precondition for further consultations, but an absolutely firm basis on which the situation will be based in Ukraine”, he said.
