“In Marioupol, the invaders have hit the building of the International Committee of the Red Cross”, Ukraine's Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova said.
In the statement posted on social networks, she added that the building was hit by air and artillery attacks.
The port city of Marioupolis is surrounded by Russian forces and nearly 160,000 civilians are estimated to have remained blocked, without access to drinking water, food and other basic supplies.
