“According to preliminary data, Belarusian troops can begin their invasion on March 11th, 9:00 p.m. This attack will be Minsk's response to the Ukraine launching air strike, the Russian-planned attack”, says Ukrainian security centre, writes a2cn.
Shortly after that, the Belarusn Defence Ministry has denied this attack by an official communiqué.
