Ukraine: Over 10,000 Russian soldiers killed in the war

The Ukrainian Army is reporting that more than 11,000 Russian military personnel have been killed since the beginning of the invasion, writes The Guardian.
A total of 285 Russian tanks were also reportedly destroyed, as were 109 artillery systems, 44 aircraft and 48 helicopters, according to a report by Ukraine's General Staff of Armed Forces published on the Ukrainian Defence Ministry's website, Report Express reports.
Yesterday alone, more than 650 injured members of the Russian invading forces were sent to the city's central hospital in the village of Bryanka, the region of Luhansk”, the report adds.
“All of them are largely in serious condition... after providing first aid, they were accompanied by a convoy armed by the regular forces of the Russian armed forces on the battle line to introduce further hostility”, the report said.
Ukrainian Army says Russian forces are “looking for ways of deserting”.
