At least two people died and three were hospitalised after a residential building in a suburb of the capital was hit by bombings Monday morning, Ukraine's emergency services said today.
Fifteen people were rescued and 63 were evacuated after a shell hit the ninth floor of a residential building in the Obolon district, a northern suburb of Kyiv.
From Kyiv's center, smoke could be seen heading toward the sky.
Several images published by Ukrainian media NEXTA TV show the Antonov aviation industry factory that is involved in the blaze.
