“NATO has been in Bosnia and Georgia for many years. We have strengthened protection. We have activities elsewhere, with other partners. We will strengthen security institutions, reforms, training. We will defend every inch of NATO territory, not at war with Russia. We agreed that our reports with Russia have changed dramatically, but we remain open to diplomacy. NATO will ensure that the conflict will not spread outside the borders of Ukraine. At this dangerous moment, no country can walk alone.
