Timoslav Perusic, a Serbian national who speaks Albanian, has made his comment on protests in Serbia, saying they have been countering the war in Ukraine.

In a live link for “Albania Live” said Serbia is economically dependent on Russia due to the oil industry. For protests that recently took place in the pro-war in Ukraine, Perusic said groups have been mobilised to make counterpropossors.

And what I can say as someone following the news is that you mentioned the protests that they were countering the war in Ukraine. They have spread a ribbon on the Ukrainian flag and with the Russian people against the war in Russia. Thousands have been arrested and no citizens can dare.

In Serbia, they have mobilised and several groups to do and a counterproposal that has no ties but echoes the atmosphere in Serbia. There is no real danger from Serbia for several reasons and factors. We need to understand another situation in which Serbia is in, not just at this moment, but in the last 30 years. Serbia, in 2009, has sold the oil industry to Russia. Russia has an impact of”, Perusic said.

Asked whether citizens support war or oppose, Perusic said with conviction that most are tired and do not want war while urging Kosovo citizens not to worry.

“generally, Serbian citizens are tired and want no war. A majority oppose war in Ukraine, or they may say they reason on Russia's actions but not necessarily in political view. On the other hand, The EU is the one who will not lose and will not lose that it would be fatal for Serbia itself. Serbia has no tendency. We should not worry, and it is important that Kosovo citizens do not worry that there is no risk to”, Perusic said.
