Sefer: Vuciq wants to pass elections peacefully, as he is under observation for his attitude towards Russia

Journalist Idro Sefer, who has been cospondent in Belgrade for years now, has said that the pre-election campaign for presidential and parliamentary elections in Serbia has started with Kosovo's refusal to allow them to be held on its territory as well. “Of course it was one of the important topics of pre-election campaign and must [...]
“Of course it was one of the important topics of the pre-election campaign and should be said that the campaign in Serbia has begun with Kosovo's refusal to vote, because by those moments we have been busy standing around Ukraine, where Serbia initially held its old policy until there was even a moment when it was forced to vote at the UN against Russia. In a form [Aleksandar] Vuciq had a parallel campaign, but not in office of the president of state, however, he is using the matter for a long time.
“What has appeared, at least in Serbia, is that Serbia, in a diplomatic way, went better with the election issue in Kosovo because there was praise from the QUINT countries, but on the other hand, there was also considerable tension with the National Security Council meeting and meeting with Kosovo Serbs and Quint representatives at the same moment”.
He, at the “Rubikon” of Klan Kosovo, said he has not expected Serbia to be more severe in insisting that the April 3rd elections be held in Kosovo because Serbia and its president are under international control because of their stance in a pro-Russian manner.
I believe [Alexar] Vuciq wants to pass elections quietly and not mention conflicts even because he is under surveillance because of his attitude toward Russia and Ukraine. Serbia is simultaneously in a diplomatic duplication of what to do after the elections, as pressures on possible sanctions are expected to increase. The only thing he could do was to accept the request, which was presented as the Kosovo Serbs, for more radical decisions as withdrawal from institutions in Kosovo and the possibility of the impasse later, as we have been taught to see in the past years”.
But did Serbian President Aleksandar Vucinq's softer stance exploit the opposition parties in Serbia?
“In addition to President Vuçhik the majority of candidates for president have at least one video spot that connects with Kosovo, and what is seen as the most serious counter-Candidate Zdravko Ponos, former chief of the army's staff in Serbia, has a video that speaks of protecting Serbia from NATO bombings -- an excuse he has for the charges made by Vuc's party, which has not been on the war in Croatia since 11x1.
“has a kind of claim from a part of the opposition for treason by Vuciq even for those that have been achieved so far in dialogue with Kosovo. This certainly affects Vuciqi partly in the number of votes, because the majority of votes from Kosovo go for it, but the Central Election Commission in Serbia has enabled it to vote in Bujanoc, Rakes and other cities of Serbia. I expect Sunday one of the topics in the media will certainly be the participation of Kosovo Serbs in polling stations in Serbia, and a huge mobilization to show the message that Serbs stopped nothing from voting in Serbia's” parliamentary and presidential elections.
The Sefer has also spoken of the approach of Vuciqi's counterCandids, aimed at the post of first state, against Kosovo for most of whom he says they have the same attitude as the current Serbian president or even more radical than that.
“Of course, the majority of Aleksandar Vuciqi's counterconventions, except for the group that has no candidacy for president belonging to the Green Movement and that it is those who blocked Serbia in December and January with major protests against the government of Vuciqi, the other majority or have the position that Kosovo is an integral part of Serbia and that dialogue can offer Kosovo an autonomy or even more radical stance than President Vuci <x>
“A large part of the opposition in Serbia is reluctant to declare themselves around the Kosovo issue, except the Green Group, which appears to be more liberal but does not do much in their campaign with regional issues and are focused on the actions of Vuciqi's power during those 10 years of”.
Journalist Idro Seferi has also told about recent public opinion investigations in Serbia, in which Aleksandar Vuciq has come up with more percentages than the total opposition.
“I believe that Aleksandar Vuciq's victory for president will be secure, although opposition efforts are to go into the second round in order to ease the outcome of these elections until even the January referendum has shown that in some areas, such as Belgrade, the battle will be quite tight”.
