The US, Great Britain and France are permanent members of the council along with Russia and China.
Discussions are also being held to create a case for Ukrainian President Voldymyr Zelensky to speak at the UN General Assembly, which consists of all member states, writes the BBC, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
