Russia's most powerful ally to send aid to Ukraine

China has refused to condemn Russia's attack on Ukraine as if to call it an invasion, until it has called for the West to continue respecting Russia's legitimate security concerns.
Wang said that the causes of the Ukrainian cystia are complex and that they haven't happened overnight.
“To resolve complex problems requires calm and rationality, before putting gasoline on fire and increasing objections”, he said at a press conference on the eve of the Chinese parliament's annual meeting.
China is ready to continue its efforts to solve the humanitarian crisis, and the Red Cross will launch aid to Ukraine as soon as possible”, said Wang, without providing more details.
In view of how heavy the international situation is, the two countries -- China and Russia -- will maintain their strategic determination and will constantly push forward their overall strategic co-ordination partnership in the new period”, Wang added.
