Russian Foreign Minister Visits China

He met with Russian Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Chinese province Anhui, Chinese state broadcaster CGTN reported.

The Russian top diplomat also shares in a series of meetings organised by China to discuss ways to help Afghanistan. Diplomats from the United States and neighbouring Afghanistan are also expected to participate in these meetings.

But Russia's war in Ukraine is likely to be the subject of these meetings.

Unlike many Western countries, China has refused to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Beijing has said that Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet with all representatives.
