One of the multi-million Russian officers, Alexander Konanykh, has publicly pledged to give $1m to Russian military officers to kill Russian President Vladimir Putin. His fortune is estimated to be about $300 million.
Alexander Konanykhin, who lives in the United States, has asked Russian officers to take this action, considering it right and necessary. A billion dollar reward, he published it on Facebook, but only hours later, it was erased from the social network for breaking the rules.
Then Conanykhin has again published a post asking his followers whether the Facebook decision to erase his post for Putin's head was right or wrong.
Furthermore, he has changed the terms of his proclamation, saying the reward now applies to any army officer who would arrest Putin for war crimes.
I promise to pay $11,000 to the officer/commission officers who, by respecting the constitutional obligation, arrest Putin for war crimes under Russian and international laws. Putin is not the same president as he once assumed power. He has violated the Constitution by abolishing free elections and liquidating political officers. As an ethnic Russian and a citizen, I feel it's my moral duty to help denot Russia. I will continue my aid to Ukraine, in its efforts to withstand Putin's” attacks, he wrote on Facebook.
His posting of reward for those arresting Putin has received thousands of supportive reactions to the social network.
