In a long writing at '%Titter '%, Kasparov said he believes Putin will not stop with Ukraine and that there is danger of launching a wide nuclear war.
He writes: “The Biden White House and its media advocates are repeating the positions of the 2014 Obama administration. Heroic content! What leadership! You're very bright, Master Kasparov, let's wait and see. We waited. We're watching. ”
He said he believes that the reason the West is not doing more to help Ukraine is because -- “The United States and the European Union want to return to their comfortable corruption, by buying Russian oil and gas, by imposing poor sanctions, empty words about democracy, by inviting Putin to the summit. Detectors always get out of the way and the West just kept back. But this time it's a problem: Ukraine refuses to back off. ”
Earlier this month, Kasparov, the former leader of the New York-based Human Rights Foundation and who had played an active role in protest attacks against Kremlin while he was living in Moscow, told Reuters there can be no peace in the region until Putin leaves power.
