Foreign Minister Mevluut Cavuşoğlu said the war should end as soon as possible, and added that the most difficult issues are expected to be discussed among foreign ministers at a later date.
The “today progress has been made. You heard the statements. There were agreements and understanding on certain subjects. Today, the most significant progress has been made since the start of negotiations”, Cavuşoğlu said.
