The RIA news agency quoted Ryabkov as saying Moscow and Washington remain in constant contact, but that the Kremlin sees no signs Washington is ready to continue a dialogue for Ukraine.
However, he added, proposals for security guarantees Russia had sent to the US and NATO before Russian troops entered Ukraine last month were no longer valid, as the situation has now changed completely.
