Russia breaks deal, grants humanitarian corridors to Ukraine

Russian forces have broken the agreement reached for the ceasefire and are targeting a humanitarian corridor from the besieged city of Marioupolis, Ukraine's Foreign Ministry said at Twitterão, writes Sky News, following Periscopi.
Ukrainian and Russian authorities had earlier reached reconciliation for humanitarian corridors to allow civilians to leave the country.
The situation has deteriorated in Marioupol, lacking food, water and electricity.
Ukrainian president earlier said that a child died as a result of dehydranation in the city because of basic shortages.
