Speaking from the ground in Kiev, Porosenko, who served as president of Ukraine from 2014 to 2019, described “Sunday Morning Futurres” of FOX Business, a catastrophic humanitarian situation in several Ukrainian cities, after dozens were killed overnight despite attempts to evacuate civilians.
