Prime Minister Plenkovic said the Russian production aircraft, whose ownership is unknown, came to Croatia from Hungary and Hungary from Romania, Dnevnik reports.
“cannot say whether there was a mistake or has lost control. He flew over Croatia for a few minutes and then crashed. It is good that there are no injuries and has collapsed at a place where there are no houses or objects”, the prime minister stressed.
He added that competent services are making investigations and that the reasons for arrival should be determined and then the collapse of the aircraft in Zagreb.
“We have contacted the Ukrainian side to see if they have information on how the butterfly reached Zagreb”, the prime minister said.
