On the anniversary of Kosovo's independence, February 17th, 2022, Kosovo was presented in Dubai with a host of officials to promote the country's cultural and economic values.

This was done at the global event held for years in Dubai at the renowned fair éxpo 202250. The fair, which was held from October 1st 2022 to March 31, 2022, covering 4.38 km2, EXPO 2022 is the host of 192 states, including the Republic of Kosovo, writes Periscopi.

Several Kosovo state officials, including MINT Minister Roseta Hajdari, have attended the event on February 17th 2022.

The event was opened with two Ansammbli dance “Shota”, with about ten dancers, and in the evening it performed with a short concert even the tenor Ram Lahaj.

And for these events, there was nothing less than 400,000 euros.

“Artistic Promoting the Independence Day of the Republic of Kosovo at Expo-Dubai”.

So it was called the tender, which was given without open procedure, but with the company negotiating “Opera” from Istog, whose owner is Rame Lahaj. The value of the contract has been 400,000 euros. Lehaj had paid the Ansammblin “Shota” for two dances performed before the dubaian authorities and beyond.

While Minister Roseta Hajdari's ministry had paid from its own budget other expenses to participants in the event, such as Agriculture Minister (Faton Peci), Culture Deputy Minister Daulin Osmani, US Ambassador Jabir Hamiti, MINT Minister Roseta Hajdari and several other lower-level officials. /Periscopi/
