The former head of the Kosovo Competition Authority, Valon Prestreshi, has made a calculation of how much merchants have won after the oil price increases.
According to Prestrect, commercial profits have been more than twom euros for two-three days.
“11,000 bottles of oil, at the purchase price of 1.45 and market price 3.5. I'm doing 2.05 million. It won me 2.05 million for 2-3 days, every businessman, won't hit you with ash in prison for two years. But here there's something else the State has to do. They only know the Competition Authority”, it was Prestreshi.
Otherwise, within two days in Kosovo, the price of a oil liter suffered astronomical growth. Out of 1.60 euros, one litre of oil was sold on Tuesday, yesterday cost 3.49 euros.
This prompted numerous reactions in the country as concerned were government officials.
