Was nuclear radiation disease the reason for the withdrawal of Russians from Chernobyl

According to Belarusian media, quoted by Ukrainians, some of the soldiers who left the plant area were sent to the Belarusic Research and Practice Centre for Radiation and Human Ecology, after allegedly showing symptoms of exposure to radiation.
Energoatom National Company of Ukraine operating nuclear power plants notes that Russian soldiers are exposed to significant external and internal radiation in the area of Chernobyl.
If history were confirmed, this would indicate an alarming level of unconsciousness for the risk of “exclusion area”, given the risk associated with the Chernobyl area following the explosion of reactor number 4 on April 26, 1986, the world's worst nuclear accident.
Ukrainians working at Chernobyl described the arrival of Russian soldiers without protective equipment in the area around the plant as a “suicide show”.
A US Defence Ministry official confirmed on Wednesday 30 March that some Russian forces have withdrawn from the Chernobyl nuclear zone in Ukraine.
The confirmation of the news, then, would also be direct confirmation of the lack of equipment by Russian troops, a carelessness, and a superficiality in handling the Chernobyl area, which cannot prevent the situation from being under control.
Also, because according to confirmed news reports, exposure would have been caused by the building of channels, where the movement of the earth is the last thing to do.
At the moment it is not possible to know whether the troops who have left the area have been withdrawn from the nuclear zone or the surrounding area, or whether it is about withdrawal or reposition: “we still cannot say that they have all disappeared”, the Pentagon official said.
As Kim Willher points out in the “The Guardian”, if history were to be confirmed, it would indicate an amazing level of unconsciousness for the risks of the “exceptive area” or a criminal will, on the part of Russian commanders, to send their troops into chaos, into an area still very dangerous, after reactor explosion 4 on April 26, 1986.

Ukraine hosts 15 nuclear reactors (from which 8 are currently in operation) at 4 thermal power plants -- one of them, the Zaporizina one, is currently under Russian control.
