Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Sotor says he has asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to urgently withdraw his troops from Ukraine and allow humanitarian access.
Store and Putin spoke on the phone an hour ago, according to a Norwegian statement quoted by Reuters news agency.
After the call, Shorty said he had very limited “expectations, but added that “nothing should be left untested in the situation we are now”.
Norway shares a border with Russia in the far north and is a member of NATO's military alliance.
