Northern Macedonia eases people: Zero percent T V The Search for Basic Food Products

With the North Macedonian government's decision, citizens will no longer pay VAT on basic food products.

All shops selling bread, flour, milk, sugar, oil, meat, rice and eggs must remove T VSH from fiscal accounts.

According to the Public Revenues Directorate, “all stores that sell basic products in the VAT fiscal accounts must put the mark in the G letter which is released from the value added tax”.

Authorities call on citizens to buy on fiscal bills because they can thus check whether businessmen or marketings sell the above-mentioned products without VAT. The implementation deadline is until 31 May, as part of the government's anti-crisis measures in Skopje.
